1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with 00taya, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any services provided through the 00taya platform (including the website located at 00taya.cam and any associated mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as all applicable policies referenced herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 00taya platform and contact customer support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after becoming aware of these terms constitutes binding acceptance.

00taya reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amended terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an account with 00taya. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and Republic Act No. 9487. 00taya employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to confirm your age. Accounts created by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and any funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction

The 00taya platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are physically located within the territory of the Philippines at the time of registration and during all subsequent use of the platform. Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Account Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with 00taya. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If 00taya detects that you have opened or are operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed, and any winnings or bonuses may be forfeited. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the accounts use different email addresses, payment methods, or identifying information.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify 00taya customer support.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

00taya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from Philippine banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank), and other payment methods as specified on the platform. All payment methods must be registered in your own legal name and match the name on your 00taya account. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within 1-5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the issuing bank. 00taya does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees. All deposits are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100, and the maximum deposit amount may vary based on your account status and payment method.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been approved by 00taya in writing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15-30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1-24 hours for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. 00taya reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), 00taya implements strict AML procedures. You may be required to provide identity verification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 00taya reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

3.5 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit PHP 1,000, you must place at least PHP 1,000 in bets before you can withdraw your deposit or any winnings derived from it. This requirement applies even if you do not accept any promotional bonuses.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

00taya offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a PHP 500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place PHP 15,000 in bets before the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, typically 7 to 30 days from bonus activation.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, or colluding with other players, is strictly prohibited. 00taya reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected.

4.4 Bonus Restrictions

Players with active bonuses may be subject to maximum bet limits (typically PHP 100 per spin or hand) and game restrictions (certain games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements or be excluded entirely). Violation of these restrictions may result in bonus forfeiture.

5. Gameplay and Game Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 00taya platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent auditing firms. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 00taya or players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent long-term statistical averages.

5.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, including software errors, disconnections, or incorrect display of results, all affected bets and payouts are void. 00taya will investigate all reported malfunctions and resolve disputes based on game logs stored on our servers, which constitute the official record.

5.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting is subject to specific terms including settlement rules, dead heat rules, and void bet conditions. All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. 00taya reserves the right to void bets on events affected by match-fixing or where irregular betting patterns are detected.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 00taya platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to place bets
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or game malfunctions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Engaging in bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotions
• Verbally abusing customer support agents or live dealers
• Attempting to reverse or cancel completed transactions
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access your account

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

7. Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonuses or wagering requirements.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, 00taya offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit funds, or access your account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the specified period expires.

7.3 Operator-Initiated Closure

00taya reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, failure to complete verification, or request from regulatory authorities. In such cases, 00taya will return any remaining balance after deducting amounts owed to 00taya.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 00taya, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

00taya's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six-month period immediately preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 00taya platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of 00taya or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 00taya, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority.

Any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.
